Dr. Donna L. Goldstein, the Managing
Director of Development Associates International, is a respected corporate psychologist and
executive coach. She is considered a leading authority on innovation,
organizational vitality, emotional intelligence, executive resilience and other
cutting edge topics. She has served on the adjunct graduate faculty of several
universities.
Working in South Florida for over 20 years, Dr. Goldstein has trained over 100,000
individuals and provided team-building, training, and consulting to more than
300 organizations worldwide. She is the personal coach to dozens of executives
and entrepreneurs. As the Corporate Training Manager for the Life Insurance
Company of Georgia, she developed pioneering wellness, quality and
training interventions, which became industry benchmarks.
Dr. Donna 's practice has expanded to become a group of
associates in the human resource consulting and training fields that
enable organizations and teams to improve service, productivity, retention and profits.

potential of an organization's board, management, executives, staff and teams.
On the individual level, Dr. Donna and the DAInt Associates work as executive or
professional mentors and as personal career coaches and life counselors.
The Associates' scope has also grown with the need to provide
expert speakers and professional presentations for corporate events and business
functions that range from the educational and enjoyable to entertaining and
informative for spouses, children and
after-hours events.
Development Associates International's clients have included
organizations of all sizes, representing many industries, including Barclays
Bank, Kimberly-Clark, SEIKO, Marriott Hotels, MTV Networks, Cayman Airways,
Motorola, United Parcel Service, Jefferson Pilot Communications, the Sun
Sentinel, Mobil Oil, Avaya and IBM.
The firm has provided training and
curriculum development for over 25 universities and school systems and 45
government agencies including the Centers for Disease Control, the Dept. of
Transportation, and Palm Beach County. Dr. Donna has assisted dozens of
non-profits, such as the High Museum of Art, Habitat for Humanity, and the March
of Dimes.
A frequent speaker and facilitator at local, national and
international events, Dr. Donna's inspiring messages have challenged
organizations such as the American Press Institute and the Society for
Intercultural Education, Training and Research, in seven countries.
Dr. Goldstein holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in
Psychology and a post-Masters certification in Organizational Development. She
received her Doctorate in Adult Education/Human Resource Development from
Florida International University. Her dissertation demonstrated the benefits of
cross-cultural training for global executives.
Her work is featured in over twenty recent books, including
101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, the
Managing Diversity program in Twenty Active Training Programs, and each of
McGraw Hill's 1997-2005 Training, Organizational Development and Performance
Sourcebooks. She writes regularly for the South Florida Business Journal, and
the international publication Customers First. Dr. Donna is often interviewed on
radio and TV.
